Darren CHEN

Chairman

Mr.CHEN has successfully launched and nurtured multiple FinTech startups, accumulating valuable insights in digital financial solutions and innovative technologies. With over 15 years in the financial industry, including a decade dedicated to banking credit risk management, he possesses deep expertise in risk assessment, credit analysis, and debt management. He used to hold key management positions at CITIC Bank, Chinatopcredit, and other renowned institutions, overseeing approvals of over $2 billion.

Dan WANG

CEO & CIO

Mr. WANG is a seasoned global macro investor. Before partnering with the firm, Mr. WANG founded the independent research brand PaddingtonMacro and a boutique China-based hedge fund. He is also one of the pioneer practitioners in virtual asset related businesses under the HK SFC regulatory regime.

Lesliy LIANG

Co-CEO & COO

Mr. LIANG has many years of experience in the asset management industry. Before partnering with the firm, Mr. LIANG was the co-founder of a boutique China-based hedge fund. He used to be a derivatives analyst at Societe Generale and contributes as a part-time adjunct lecturer at City University of Hong Kong.

Bruce HUANG

CTO

Bruce possesses extensive professional experience in the financial industry’s wealth management and fintech businesses. He has previously held the role of CEO at Madai Wealth and was also the co-founder of AstroX, the leading blockchain infrastructure. Prior to this role, Mr. Huang also served as a P8-level technical director at Alibaba Cloud and engineer at Microsoft in the United States.

Ms. CHEN's expertise spans years of financial management, investment, and financing planning for sizable institutions. She has previously occupied executive and financial leadership positions within a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and held position of finance manager at SC Global. Her qualifications include being an ACCA Senior Member and a Singapore Chartered Accountant.
