Chairman & CEO

Mr.CHEN has successfully launched and nurtured multiple FinTech startups, accumulating valuable insights in digital financial solutions and innovative technologies. With over 15 years in the financial industry, including a decade dedicated to banking credit risk management, he possesses deep expertise in risk assessment, credit analysis, and debt management. He used to hold key management positions at CITIC Bank, Chinatopcredit, and other renowned institutions, overseeing approvals of over $2 billion.

Lesliy LIANG

Co-CEO & COO

Mr. LIANG has many years of experience in the asset management industry. Before partnering with the firm, Mr. LIANG was the co-founder of a boutique China-based hedge fund. He used to be a derivatives analyst at Societe Generale and contributes as a part-time adjunct lecturer at City University of Hong Kong.

Lynn CHEN

CFO

Ms. CHEN's expertise spans years of financial management, investment, and financing planning for sizable institutions. She has previously occupied executive and financial leadership positions within a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and held position of finance manager at SC Global. Her qualifications include being an ACCA Senior Member and a Singapore Chartered Accountant.
